Your Home away from Home.

The chalets are situated between Litchi trees over looking the Sabie Valley. Litchi season is around Christmas time. Chalet No1 is to one side under big shady trees, the other chalets are nestled between the Litchi trees. All chalets have solar and battery back up.

Our self catering accommodation in Hazyview is not in the town itself but 5km from Hazyview on the R536 between Hazyview and Sabie. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment and one can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We have four permanent residence;

Our dogs Xena, Bailey & Hazel and our cat Oreo.

Some interesting facts about our Farm, our Litchi’s get pick by hand, packed by the local pack house and sent to markets in South Africa. We wait until the Litchi are swollen out and smooth. For those that did not know this, when a Litchi is still prickly it has not yet got enough sun and water to make it juicy and sweet. So when buying them in the shop look for the ones that are more smooth and taste the difference.

We also have guava and Macadamia nut orchards. These are only ready to pick in March.

OUR CLEANING AND STAY POLICY

After guest have left the chalet gets aired out, properly cleaned and disinfected. While guest are visiting us we do not do daily cleaning so as not to get germs into the chalet while you are visiting us.

Should guests want daily cleaning this can be arranged at a additional fee, please ask.
